Handover between Incoming and Outgoing ES
On Wednesday, 02 October 2024, A handover ceremony took place at the National Youth Council headquarters. Outgoing Executive Secretary, Mwesigwa Robert, officially handed over to the incoming ES, Ngabo Brave. The ceremony was witnessed by representatives from the Ministry of Youth and Arts, NYC staff, and the Executive Comittee.
