The Ministry, in partnership with Rwanda Nation Youth Council, ActionAid Rwanda, and CLADHO, organized a training session focused on strategic planning and effective management of public resources. The activity convened representatives of the National Youth Council structures at district level, volunteers, and leaders of youth-led organizations.

In her remarks, the Minister of State, Hon. Sandrine Umutoni, underscored the importance of proactive leadership and informed participation among youth representatives. She encouraged them to actively seek information on opportunities available within their respective districts, to consistently engage in community platforms where public information is disseminated, and to ensure that such information reaches the broader youth population.
