Today, September 5,2025 Permanent Secretary NGaABO Brave, together with the Executive Committee of the National Youth Council, held an exchange meeting between Rwanda and Liberia, bringing together the Rwandan youth leadership and a legislative delegation from the Parliament of Liberia. The discussions focused on sharing experiences on the council’s structure, functions, and youth empowerment initiatives, while highlighting potential areas of partnership to advance youth participation and leadership development in both countries.
